My Client-First Philosophy
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional – integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a Northern Virginia real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
My management philosophy and style, placing the needs and desires of my clients above everyone else including mine comes from my years in hotel management where in 1994 as a manager with The Ritz Carlton I assisted in winning the prestigous Malcolm Baldridge award for excellent service. I wouldn't have succeeded in real estate had it not been for my clients continually recommending my services to there family and friends. They see the benefit and feel confident in referring me to them. THANKS!
Being a member and volunteer at a local church has also taught me important core values for life like Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness and Self control. We should be quick to listen and slow to speak. Each of us are born with talents and skills and I have taken mine and put them to good work in my career, family life and at church.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

Outside of work I coach my kids soccer teams, go to see DC United play, enjoy going to christian music concerts, church on sundays and co leading small group for 6,7 and 8th graders.
